Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Pakoštane

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

Great, very friendly hosts. We were offered fresh vegetables and honey. Check-in and checkout went smoothly. We even got the option to check in faster. The home is as described and as in the photos, very spacious, quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

Everything excellent. We have been 3. rd year at Josip place a we have felt like home. Must say big thank you for best warm fritule I have ever eat that welcomed us :-)

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off for a while and still want to do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

This place is a wonderful escape with amazing scenery. Gordana and her husband were incredible hosts and were extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. She even provided us with a welcome gift. The views off the property are stunning. Highly recommended if you're looking for an escape.

Yvan was particularly welcoming and attentive to ensure that our stay went smoothly with good advice. The accommodation is very convenient and comfortable for a family and the terrace is particularly nice! In the center of a very pretty small town, perfect for visiting the Khrka and Sibenik Park.

great host, very welcoming. the house is just perfect. Very clean feels home from the beginning. well equiped. Zvjezdana is the most generous host, she welcomed us with fresh fruits from the garden. All the essentials were complete and like new. More than the essential food items were provided in the kitchen including extra pasta, salt and pepper and other herbs. We had a good stay at this apartment! Just a short walk to the beach and the charming old city. The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

We had a very nice stay. Vinko and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. The place looked exactly as shown in the pictures and was very clean and spacious. The surroundings are quiet, but offer everything your heart desires. We didn't have a car for the first few days, but we were able to reach everything, e.g. a small supermarket, restaurants and the harbor in about 15 minutes on foot. The beach is also very nice and well suited for swimming if you like a pebble beach. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back. ☺️

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

The host is great. We met the whole family, they are immeasurably friendly to children and guests. 100 % recommend!

Upon arrival, everything worked great. Everything worked out in the furnishings and there were also accessories available for the ladies (wife and daughter) in addition to an iron and hairdryer. From the apartment, the old town was within easy walking distance and around the corner restaurants and a small supermarket. Vacation has been successful. Best regards, Wolfgang Fuchs
