Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Pakoštane

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

Neatly finished and complete house. Equipped with all the comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher and extensive kitchen equipment. The house has a terrace (no garden) and private driveway for parking your car. There is direct contact with the neighbors who walk and drive along the terrace. This is not inconvenient but good to know. Within walking distance of a beautiful and well-kept (pebble)beach on the road, with nice terrace and bar La Bocca. Supermarket around the corner has limited assortment. The center of Sukosan is 5 minutes to drive and 30 minutes to walk. From Biograd and Zadar, the islands can be reached easily by regular ferry.

Everything excellent. We have been 3. rd year at Josip place a we have felt like home. Must say big thank you for best warm fritule I have ever eat that welcomed us :-)

Ante was a great host. The place was extremely clean and tidy. We were greeted with a plate of cold cuts and homemade schnapps. He also gave us tips on what to do nearby. What we really liked was the private location without direct neighbors. We can only recommend Ante and the place.

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious Airbnb. The property is large, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The private garden and pool are ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is excellent, close to charming villages and scenic spots, yet wonderfully quiet. However, you should have a car to get around. Marjan was very friendly and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay!

The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, even surprising us with a delicious welcome cake. They shared plenty of useful tips for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious and beautifully designed, and I especially loved enjoying breakfast in the lush green garden. The bed was extremely comfortable, and parking was convenient. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet within walking distance to Trogir and nearby bakeries and restaurants. There’s also a lot to discover on the peninsula, and the nearby islands make for great day trips. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a great time! Beautiful surroundings. From the house and from the terraces you have beautiful views. Totally with the amazing sunset that Croatia has to offer. Dino is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Easily accessible and responds quickly. The pool and summer kitchen were the highlights. For us, it was not completely clear that there was a sofa bed in the living room (there are five of us). However, this was not a problem, but it did switch. The surroundings are great! Everything within good travel distance and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk with super sweet ladies who do their best to help you despite the language barrier. Absolutely recommended!

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!

Had the most wonderful stay, marija & milan are incredibly friendly and bought us baked goods which were delicious - they also left us lots of helpful things in the house! Definately the best air bnb any of the family has ever stayed in!
