Located 200m walk to the beach and 500m from the CV. Comfortable , new furniture and amenities, well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom overlooking the terrace (160 bedding), 1 double bed in the living room (comfortable Rapido sofa). Terrace overlooking the pool , ponds and lighthouse of Palavas . 1 closed garage under the building .

This 35m2 air-conditioned studio with bedroom area and sunny balcony. In Palavas les flots, 50 m from the beach, 2 min from the center with shops, bars and ice cream parlors. Free parking is less than a 10-minute walk away. No dedicated parking space. The studio is on a busy street. There is a microwave, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine. Attention narrow shower, 41cm passage. Not suitable for overweight people, pregnant women and women with disabilities. Parties not allowed.

The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with sea views of 180 ° thanks to a bay overlooking the beach + a bay overlooking Sète through the dining room. Fully renovated, this modern loft consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with fireplace and overlooking a large private terrace closed and not opposite. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and fire pit We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.
