Very nice duplex apartment, Sea view; Direct access to sandy beach. Terrace with awning with possibility to take meals outdoors. Located in the city center but in a very quiet area, shops (supermarket, bike rental, bakery,... and restaurants nearby. "Plage Palace" nearby with hot tub. Surf school downstairs from the apartment. Center - City and entertainment within walking distance along the beach (casino, bars, restaurants and all shops, etc.)

This beautiful apartment, non-smoking, has a sea view and pond. It is located in Palavas-les-Flots 50 meters from the Zénith beach, between the restaurant l 'Albatros and the Saint-Pierre Institute. The beachfront property has a balcony and free private parking. Linens are also provided. Meals can be enjoyed on the balcony while admiring the sea view. Great for a pleasant stay in the sun.
