Full of charm, our house has kept its soul while offering maximum comfort and a "holiday" atmosphere typical of the seaside. It offers 2 homes gathered around the patio in a savant mix of the old and the modern, beautiful volumes, a "cozy" atmosphere, beautiful amenities: 8 beds, equipped kitchen, 2 shower rooms, 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine.

Best view of Palavas. 4 bay windows with sea view

Responses from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. Parking + Air Conditioning + Linen + Waterfront: Surfers Beach

On a sunny terrace 10 meters from the beach, admire the surfers who found the best spot in the area. Fully air-conditioned, well equipped with wifi, separate toilet, LL, LV, linen provided, this apartment of nearly 40m² very central (400 meters from the old Palavas) but quiet has a direct view of the sea. Private parking, rare and essential, is 200m away. To swim on the beach not crowded at all, just cross the closed street to the cars except for local residents.

First rental since June 2024 of our 43 m2 apartment composed of a bedroom, a cabin, a bathroom/WC, a living room/kitchen overlooking a 16 m2 terrace with view and direct access to the beach. We completely renovated and carefully refurbished it last winter. It is located on the ground floor of a small condominium of 4 apartments with parking space in the closed courtyard of the building. It has high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels are provided

Charming 36 m2 F1 fully equipped with stunning sea views ( 1st line) , located in the city center of Palavas les-Flots, "Horizon 2000" residence, 6th floor with elevator . To add , a large terrace (10 m2) with breathtaking and panoramic sea views. The beach is at the bottom of the building. The apartment is through, very bright and very breezy. Sunrise over the sea and sunset over the back with a view of the Pic St Loup.
