Extremely nice hosts and good tips for visiting Florence. A bottle of Chianti for our arrival. House in very good condition with all amenities ... we also enjoyed the terrace for lunch. I definitely recommend this house between Florence and Siena .

Great place to explore Toscana.

I can not recommend this rental enough. Maria and Pietro were warm, welcoming, and charming, much like their home. It's a little drive down a winding dirt road, and just at the point my travel companions decided we'd surely made a wrong turn, we saw the steps and then the house. So beautiful! So peaceful! The first thing we did was stroll through the olive groves and enjoy the views of the gorgeous Tuscan countryside. It was the perfect base for our explorations as well, as it's just a 30-60 drive from Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, etc. Plus we drove away with a case of Pietro's fabulous olive oil, so we get to relive the dream every time we pour a little out to dip our bread in...I very much hope to return someday.
