Bright, beautiful apartment, with views of Mallasvesi.

The apartment is located in the center of Pälkäne. The housing association is peaceful and quiet. There is an absolute ban on parties/events in the apartment! Guests are required to have a "Good Experience", i.e. previous stays at other properties have been without bad reviews. The apartment's glazed balcony overlooks Mallasvesi. The terrain of Pälkäne Harju is a stone's throw away, where you can find a disc golf course and fitness stairs. Sappee Bike Park is about 22 km away and the "house" beach is close to the apartment.

Possibility to swim in the lake, rent a wood-fired sauna, relax in the hot tub, rent a kayak (2), a SUP board (2), and a rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta Trail hiking route and the Lempäälä kayaking circuit pass nearby. 2 km to cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from where you can travel to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h 20min). At Villa Mylly you will stay in a peaceful and stylish environment. Completed in 2024, the villa is located in the Paarlahti of Näsijärvi, just a 30-minute drive from the center of Tampere. The property can also be reached by bus. The villa has all the modern day amenities such as an indoor toilet and shower. Accommodates 4 adults and 1 child. The beach sauna is available for an additional fee (25€). The sauna (which is also available for an additional fee of 25€) is available during the summer (1.5-30.9).

If the trip to Sappee feels long, Syrjänharju, which rises from the center of Pälkäne, also has a nice setting for outdoor activities and exercise. One double bed, one bunk bed and an extra sofa bed. The cottage has its own beach. The beach is shallow and mostly hard bottomed.
