Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

All the apartments in which the house is divided have free access to the private Terrace-Viewpoint of the accommodation. Park in front of the house. 3km from Vielha and 15km from Baqueira. We have two very similar apartments (Dreta i Esquerra), between the two they have a capacity for 10 people.

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

This apartment is quiet. All exterior. It consists of a living/dining room with a kitchenette, balcony with views, sofa, smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cooking utensils, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker. Full bathroom. Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. The cabin offers spectacular views of emblematic peaks such as Pica d'Estats or Monteixo. We live in a society where complexity has become a part of our lives. Time is passing, and we are moving forward. Basic things like tranquility and simplicity have been forgotten. However, here in this beautiful corner, you can listen to the silence.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

It is located near several alpine and Nordic ski slopes and walking and hiking trails. Also half an hour from the only National Park of Catalonia to enjoy all year round!
