We needed a larger place for family coming from different places and Andrea’s place looked perfect based on the listing. And the actual experience lived up to our expectations. Great communication both with me and others on the reservation. Walkable places to eat, plenty of towels and bedding for our group and a quiet neighborhood. If we all get together again, I’m sure we’ll stay here.

We were in town visiting our son at KU and the Baker cottage was a perfect place for our family. Keara is a great host and the home was very neat and clean! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

What a beautiful place to stay in Lawrence! The carriage house is decorated so nicely, spotless, quiet, has all the amenities you need, stocked with everything for your stay, easy parking, comfy beds…I could go on and on. Ashley was so helpful and flexible. I will definitely be back, thanks for a great stay!

When I stumbled upon Fernando's listing I was beyond excited. From the listing it seemed like a fabulous place and one that stood head and shoulders above others. The property delivered on all fronts and was exactly what I wanted - safe, clean, quiet and cozy. Fernando's communication was top notch too.
