The town also has pedi-cabs which are fun - and there is also Uber and Lyft. It’s a breeze to get anywhere. Ten minute walk into town along Duck Creek marsh & over scenic Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Visit the shops & galleries, have lunch or grab a drink at one of the many restaurants in town. Walk to the fish market and come home grill dinner on the deck. 15 minutes bike ride to the closest ocean beach.

Only a 5 minute walk to beautiful Sagamore beach, and easy hopping point if you’d like to go further down Cape Cod. 25 minutes from both Hyannis and Woods Hole to hop on the ferries to Nantucket / Martha’s Vineyard. 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store and 20 minutes from two hospitals. Feel free to make use of both of my paddle boards or my tandem, two-person kayak, which stays down at the beach in the summer for you!

Couple/family fun all year in a charming, private Cape Cod cottage w/ screened in porch, patio & outdoor shower (in Nov/Dec/Jan becomes a Gingerbread cottage). Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

The home's exterior boasts a front porch, back deck, gas grill, and two parking spots. Inside, the open-concept living-dining-kitchen area is bright, spacious, modern, and functional. The bedrooms and bathroom have ample built-in storage space, and the comfortable beds sleep up to four guests.

The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

House on a private road, the perfect vacation spot for family trips. 1.6 miles from Ballston Beach and close to many wonderful restaurants like Winslow’s Tavern, Montano’s, Victors & PB Boulangerie plus other wonderful shops and restaurants in Chatham, Truro, Wellfleet & Provincetown. The Truro Vineyard is 3.5 miles away, stop in for local wine/liquor as well as wonderful food. Lobster Rolls from the Crushpad truck every Sunday from 6-8 pm. (in season only)
