Bright , 3 rd floor , new ,sunny 1050 sq ft studio apartment in North Truro off of Rt 6. Private entrance with deck , gas grill and seating. Parking for one. The apartment is next to our home and there is a tenant below, we ask that there are no parties and no smoking in the apartment. Provincetown is a 12 minute drive or take the shuttle at the end of our street. We have 2 dogs that never leave our fenced in yard at the main house.A very short drive to Ocean and Bay beaches. Inside: open living space w/ queen bed & sitting space. Ladder leads to a short height sleeping loft w/ 2 twin beds. Full bathroom w/ indoor shower. Kitchenette- see description below. We supply tea, local coffee, spices, condiments, gas grill, ice chests, beach towels & chairs. To sleep up to 8, also rent our Upper Room on Airbnb.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home.
