You can reach one of Brandenburg's most beautiful lakes by bike or car. Hiking trails and a skater trail start directly at the house. Thanks to our excellent connection to the Berliner Ring, our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips.

Nature lovers can enjoy the garden & private terrace and the many opportunities the area has to offer: four lakes within walking distance and many cycle paths through the region.

The 36 sqm apartment has a queen size bed, smart TV, Wi-Fi, blackout blinds, towels, a hair dryer, a bathtub, a kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine, capsules and a selection of tea. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Ladeburg, a district of Bernau near Berlin.

The S-Bahn (10 minutes walk) takes you to Berlin City in 30 minutes without changing trains (at Friedrichstraße station or directly at the Brandenburg Gate). Nevertheless, you will find a huge oasis of peace afterwards, with plenty of space also as a tourist with children. After the exciting day and night in Berlin, you can recharge your batteries while eating together in the modern kitchen or chill out on the terrace in the garden.

Places to call home

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.

In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location.
