The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Charming accommodation in the countryside, perfectly located: in the N/O Berlin, on the Berlin-Usedom cycle path, just beyond the city border, quiet, but only 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you to the city center in 30 minutes. You can reach one of Brandenburg's most beautiful lakes by bike or car. Hiking trails and a skater trail start directly at the house. Thanks to our excellent connection to the Berliner Ring, our location is also an excellent starting point for city trips.

Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This welcoming and bright accommodation (15 m²) features a French double bed (width 1.40 m), a bathroom, and a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Supermarkets, a bakery and a chemist’s are 700 metres away. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming/video calls with certain limitations) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus station is in front of the house.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
