The air-conditioned quiet guest apartment, with living room and bedroom as well as bathroom, is located in Panketal, Schwanebeck district, on the city border with Berlin-Buch, near the Helios-Klinikum. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

Schwanenburg Apartments am Helios Klinikum - Apartment 3: This welcoming and bright accommodation (15 m²) features a French double bed (width 1.40 m), a bathroom, and a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Supermarkets, a bakery and a chemist’s are 700 metres away. Parking and Wi-Fi (suitable for streaming/video calls with certain limitations) are available free of charge. Our location is in Panketal, right on the Berlin city border. A bus station is in front of the house.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

One Sleeping 2 beds , living room 2 comfortable upholstered loungers, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid May to September. Charcoal grill available. Train S7 and bus can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take both to the city in 35 minutes.

Our hotel is located in the very north of Berlin, a 15-minute walk to various supermarkets and the S-Bahn [suburban railway], which will take you to Potsdamer Platz in 20 minutes without changing trains or to Alexanderplatz (one change). The house is in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing after an exciting day in our city. In the garden there is a grill and a small terrace.

Our Scheune de Lütt offers a couple or a small family enough space to spend a few relaxing days in the countryside at any time of year.
