My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Supermarkets, drugstores, cafes and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. For two people, the apartment is ideal, comfortable for three people. It is modernly decorated with everything you need for a long or short break.

Perfect for couples, friends or small families (up to 3 people). I live here with my two kids – personal touches, books, photos and everyday things give the place its charm. A real home away from home.

The apartment is located in the Weißensee district. It has 2 separate beds and is comfortably furnished. A kitchen invites you to self-cater. Of course, you can use Wi-Fi free of charge. We ask smokers to go outside the door. A washing machine is available for the longer stay. The nearest supermarket is just behind the corner. In 25 minutes by public transport you are in the city of Berlin, e.g. Alexanderplatz.
