My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Small and delicious restaurants, shops for daily needs, a charming little cinema right at the front door. A direct tram connection to vibrant Prenzlauer Berg (5 stops), the S-Bahn ring (3 stops) and Alexanderplatz (8 stops) is located nearby. The green space around the lake Weisser See lies within walking distance. Weißensee is about 20 minutes from the center.

The top floor apartment is located in Weissensee and is 92sqm. 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Within walking distance are various restaurants, supermarkets, a movie theater, the Weissensee etc. Parking spaces are directly in front of the door. Various bus stops 150m away. The apartment has a large south-facing terrace and underfloor heating. There are two separate bedroom and a separate bathroom. The rest of the apartment is open plan with high ceiling.

The Steinmetzhof, an idyllic commercial courtyard with artist, sculptor and design studios, as well as a small venue for experimental music and jazz sessions, is part of a commercial area, built at the beginning of the 20th century, with single-storey brick commercial halls and a 2-storey brick head building, which also houses the apartment.

Directly on the lively Antonplatz in Weissensee is the apartment above the Toni cinema on the 2nd floor. The tram is outside the door - so you can reach Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. Supermarkets, drugstores, cafés and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is ideal for two people, comfortable for three people. It is modernly decorated with everything you need for a long or short break.
