Then renovated, the villa was divided into two houses of 110 square meters each. In fact, you can book both homes that can accommodate up to 8/9 people. There is an intimate internal courtyard and a large outdoor garden all available for guests. The two villas are presented in a different style, there is a modern style villa and a classic style one. The first , which can accommodate up to 4 people , is characterized by a modern style, with exposed living stone walls and wooden trusses , and a beautiful and warm living area, which includes a modern kitchen, with a peninsula for breakfasts, 55-inch TV, large relaxing sofa with peninsula, a large table for lunches and dinners and small design details. Two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with air conditioning ,and an attic overlooking the living area. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts. The other villa, more classic and intimate, is characterized by an ancient style, also with living stone walls and wooden trusses. There is an imposing fireplace , which is the heart of the living area. An intimate kitchen for breakfast and aperitifs and a large table for lunches and dinners. This villa also has two bedrooms , one double with en-suite bathroom, where there is air conditioning, and the other an attic overlooking the living area, equipped with the Ion Polyphemus refrigerator. There are two bathrooms equipped with all possible comforts.
