This home is extremely well equipped. On the other hand, you have to be aware that it is in the mountains so, as soon as you travel by car, it takes time. Finding it is not difficult if you follow the signs on a blue background, yellow and white text, on which "XAPA" is inscribed. It's important to do groceries before you arrive at the listing. We (2 adults with 2 kids, 2y&4y) spent 4 nights in Theodore's house. It is a great place to stay and do day trips in the area. We went to Kalavrita ski resort, with the train (odontotos) from Kalavrita to Diakofto, to the lake cave and to the oak forest. All easy to do within a day. Theodore is a great person who is enthusiastic about his home place and told us many wonderful tips about what to do in the area.

If you want a great experience connecting with nature then Chalet is exactly what you're looking for! In front of us opened an incredible view of the lush mountains and the landscapes of Kalavryta, offering an absolute sense of tranquility. The house, a large wooden paradise, is impeccably landscaped and embedded in the natural landscape, giving the warmth and comfort one could ask for. The host, Mr. Thanasis, is sweet, pleasant and always helpful, ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality was warm and made our stay even more enjoyable. We must note, that because the house is right in the heart of the mountain, the road until you approach the house for a couple of minutes is a dirt road and needs special attention.
