Also Mall of Paphos is a walking distance from there Walking distance to Harbour and archeological monuments No need for car as the central station of busses to anywhere in Paphos is just a few meters away. Bus stop just outside of the building

Renovated, spacious apartment just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, located in the heart of Paphos, near lively Bar Street. The apartment is my personal home when I return to the island, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Two separate bedrooms with new air conditioners, a bright living room with a sofa bed and AC, and a fully equipped kitchen. Electricity is charged separately according to actual meter consumption, which is standard practice in Cyprus.
