Great place with a beautiful pool, with a view. A cozy apartment with a good king bed, smart TV and good air conditioning. Super hot the water, something excellent. The cinema room is phenomenal, as is the area for the asados. Friendly and attentive staff. I would return to this place. Recommended.

a beautiful apartment walking distance to shopping del sol and pasao la galaria. the voew from tbe balcony is amazing and the apartment is beautiful. i would highly recommend. The host was also very responsive. the gym is very good and the infinity pool is great

Elegant Loft in Asunción's Downtown with a Bay View

The apartment is very well located in the historic center. Everything was spotless, clean, decorated with taste. Very comfortable bedding, city and river views even more beautiful at night. Daniel is very responsive, friendly and full of good advice about the country. Small cherry on the cake: the coffee available and a washing machine. I'd recommend it without a second thought. The only thing I would add for a 6th star would be a stovetop to be able to cook but the apartment is superb. Thank you Daniel ☺️

Leticia is a kind %100 person, totally predisposed to help the tenant, he helped us at all times, from getting to the place to the last minute of stay, we go with the best of memories, we would not hesitate even 1 second in returning if life brings us back to assumption, aguante Paraguay and aguante Racing! Racing champion 2024!

Excellent apartment in a very good area of Asuncion. Minimarkets and supermarkets 5 or 10 minutes away. The apartment is well equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. A very nice rooftop with views of the city and pool, in addition to common laundry of free availability. Mauricio is a great host, very attentive to any details that there may be. Check-in very easy to do.

The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to sit in the outdoor garden, a quiet and pleasant space to relax. Thanks to the location of the apartment, close to the main entrance, I could easily receive food orders through the app directly through the grille, without needing to leave the building, which was very practical. I also want to highlight the large and comfortable lounging area on the building's rooftop, ideal for hanging out or working outdoors. For me, a great added value was the laundry: although it is shared, it is free, which makes this place perfect also for longer stays. I had some small inconveniences, but I was able to resolve them easily with the host, who reacted quickly and was very kind at all times. Excellent communication and attention. Thank you for everything!

Good facilities such as swimming pool and coworking area. It was simple, we arrived and at the reception Abraham looked after us beautifully. The apartment managers were quick to respond to every demand we had. The views of Asunción from the piso are magnificent. All in all a very good experience I recommend.

We spent beautiful days, we felt right at home, but with enviable views of Lake Ypacarai, the sunset is unique from the terrace! The house is beautiful and impeccable, better than what you can appreciate in the photos, it is super comfortable and is located in a very quiet and beautiful condominium. Raquel was communicated with us the whole time pending and recommending great options in the area. Access to downtown SanBer is quick and easy, the truth is that everything was fabulous: comfort, cleanliness, attention, location. Without a doubt it will be our first option for upcoming visits and we recommend it 100%!
