My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Very quiet stay! The site is perfect for resting, and taking advantage of to cool off from the heat, as well as being a good place to bake a meat! Near restaurants and a market as well, in addition to having easy access to the center of Asunción. The rooms were impeccable, and I also highlight the care of leaving clean towels for the guests.

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

Great place with a beautiful pool, with a view. A cozy apartment with a good king bed, smart TV and good air conditioning. Super hot the water, something excellent. The cinema room is phenomenal, as is the area for the asados. Friendly and attentive staff. I would return to this place. Recommended.

This is hands down my number one stay in Asunción. The flat is huge, beautiful, and super comfortable, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area. The house itself looks amazing, and the people living there are all really nice. The staff is helpful whenever you need something, and John, the host, is great—friendly, quick to reply, and easy to deal with. The internet is fast and reliable, which is a big plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for both short and long-term stays—pans, a big fridge with freezer, water kettle, and more. The neighborhood around the house is also nice and feels safe. I liked it so much I extended my stay right after the first night. Already looking forward to coming back in the future.

The apartment is very comfortable. Very good, you could work very well online. The garage is wide so that you can enter a large comionta without a problem. Raquel was quick to respond to an order I made. I would definitely rent it again on another trip to ASUNCION.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return! The modern and beautiful apartment. An Expectacular use of the space, even though it's small, it doesn't feel like that. It is comfortable, very nice, with smart TV in part and living room to watch series or movies. Modern and useful appliances. Really beautiful. Just keep in mind that below the building there is a bar that is noisy on weekends if you have trouble with that to sleep. It was not my case🫣. The area is beautiful, close to bars, sightseeing, shopping, own parking, amenities that we do not use due to lack of time, and the best thing is a super 24 hours in front. Delivery arrives perfect. I will return safely and recommend to my friends. Better than going to a hotel.
