I loved the stay too much! Apartment impeccable, clean, organized, beautiful and had everything we needed. In addition, it had a great location, close to everything and Ricardo still prepared a roadmap with the main places and the distance of the ape, which helped a lot, I found impressive care with the guests

The stay at the apartment was excellent. Exactly as in the pictures, clean, organized and plenty of space for accommodation of 8 adults. Well-equipped rooms, bathrooms and kitchen with everything necessary for a quiet and comfortable stay. The place is just a few minutes from the center, accessible on foot, which undoubtedly helped us a lot. Super recommended and would come back other times.

Very beautiful and safe staircase. Perfect, clean, high-quality bed and bath linens. Perfectly equipped kitchen. Heating in every apartment. Tv with SKY. Uber to Centrinho in April 2025, around R$20.00. You can even walk to Centrinho, but there are 2 blocks of a sizable slope. We'll even go, plus those who have a certain age go to Uber or by car. Apartamento has parking spaces and I've always found an available spot. Even though it's on a mega Easter holiday. Finally, I recommend it and I will be staying at this place again.

The person who does the cleaning and cleaning of the apt received us and was very solicitous in the days leading up to our arrival (Tiago gave us her contact in advance, which gave us a lot of security). The only point of attention is the three flights of stairs that were no problem for our family, but can be an important factor for someone who has mobility issues.

Our stay in Monte Verde was wonderful! The house served us perfectly, the outside area is great and the dogs loved the free space. Always very attentive and requested hosts.

The place is sensational. It would stay for many more days. Felipe always quick in his responses. Very comfortable house, great showers, gourmet space that is delicious, huge heated pool and always empty. suggestion: put macaws with hangers in the rooms on account of the coats that are hard to pack on the countertop. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed in, very complete, super quiet place, good to really rest and at the same time it was close to the center (Vila Capivari), we had access to everything. My family really loved and praised this space. It's much better than in the photos. Highly recommended. I'm here thinking that in winter it must be even better.
