Vous avez une superbe vue sur la mer et le calme aux alentours, et de beaux endroits ou se baigner. Tout cela a 3 min du centre ville en voiture. Vous tomberez amoureux de ce projet que j ai créé en vous reveillant vue sur la mer. Lit en 140x190. ventilateur. lumière de couleurs. Coin douche(Eau froide). Et aussi une superbe douche extérieur et toilette extérieur. Wi Fi a 50 m.

Αυτόνομο ενεργειακά σπίτι σε κτήμα 5 στρεμμάτων δίπλα στο ποτάμι της Αμπουδιώτισας μέσα στα έλατα στις μηλιές και στις κερασιές. Δέκα λεπτά από την Σέτα. Τα τελευταία 500 μέτρα είναι χωματόδρομος. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση αλλά και για εξορμήσεις στις γύρω κορυφές, στους δασικούς δρόμους, στο ποτάμι και στους καταράκτες της περιοχής. Ιδανικό για παρέες, ομάδες αλλά και για οικογένειες, πάντοτε με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και με τις κατάλληλες προφυλάξεις που απαιτούνται όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα στο δάσος.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο μιας περιοχής με δυνατότητες για πολλές εξορμήσεις και δραστηριότητες στη φύση. Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο σαλόνι-κουζίνα, 2 μπάνια και βεράντες. This house was inhabited by people who loved their land and nature. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has a terrace overlooking the Sea and a large courtyard overlooking the mountain. It is within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, swimming, climbing or relaxing. The price also includes the legal tax per day.

The residence is built at the foot of Xirovouni in Central Evia. Xirovouni is a continuation of Dirfys and although its name is full of rich and dense vegetation. Fir trees, plane trees and oaks are the scenery of the area and the view of the house. The accommodation is 50 meters outside the picturesque village of Kambia which is built on the slope of the ravine. The house is ideal for those who love nature, the mountain and seek peace and relaxation.

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Enjoy the simple things in this serene and central place to stay. Our apartment is located on the main road that crosses the village of Kato Steni. It is dressed externally in Dirfion stone,in the earthy colors of Dirfys and nature around. The back side of the apartments overlooks the ravine of Steni,filled with towering plane trees, walnut trees,pomegranates and cherry trees closer to the ravine.
