Monthly Rentals in Paralia Karidi

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

We stayed at Katerina's studio at the end of August and we really enjoyed it. The studio is located in a large courtyard where the fantastic Mrs. Vasso, Katerina's mother, lives. She welcomed us on our arrival with a homemade cake and cookies and made us feel at home throughout our stay. She also prepared her fantastic moussaka and at the end of our stay she greeted us in person despite it being very early. She then advised us on beaches and places to see and restaurants where we could dine. The accommodation is small, as seen in the photos, but very functional and equipped with all the comforts. The environment is clean and tidy and for any need you can always ask the legendary Vasso. The cottage is close to restaurants and supermarkets and by car it is convenient to reach the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia. We definitely recommend this property where we had a great time.

We stayed in the apartment over Easter and felt very comfortable. From one of the balconies you have a very beautiful sea view. There are a total of three balconies, so you always have sun if you want. Within a five-minute walk you can reach a very nice bay/beach. The furnishings of the apartment are a little older and not very modern, but completely sufficient and as described/seen in the photos. The amenities in the kitchen are very good. Michael and his wife, who handed us the apartment, are both very nice and communication absolutely smooth. The area is very quiet, there is no car noise. We will be happy to come back.

Even before we arrived, the host’s clear and helpful instructions were excellent. We felt at complete ease and the loft was even better than our expectations, especially the warm and welcoming reception, which continued throughout our stay and beyond. There was an entire kitchen (with a balcony) that we could use for cooking and food storage throughout our trip, with everything we could possibly need. Upstairs, the sleeping area (with kitchenette) was quirky in the best way and had a further 2 balconies where we could eat, sheltered from the sun, at different times of day. There was also a mezzanine with further sleeping areas and we found it to be perfect for our needs as a couple but could fit more, comfortably. We didn’t want to leave after the 3 nights and wished the loft was available for our entire 9 days! Fillipos, Athina and Foteini were all truly dream hosts. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to their beautiful homely and welcoming loft, with sea and mountain views!
