It has access to the roof garden where you will find especially for you a full set of garden furniture and beach chairs to enjoy the sea view!

It is located in the heart of Chania, on the edge of the old town, you can profit the nicest walks all over the town with no car need. 10' from the old harbor, 4' from the Municipal Market, 3' of Koum Kapi beach, in the heart of town nightlife. Not so convenient if you have a car, as it is difficult to park in town center.

It also has a solar water heater with a continuous hot water supply and a washing machine. There is no elevator.
