My penthouse is located on the 3rd floor in the center of Chania , in Koum Kapi area , only 1 minute walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes from the Old harbor. It has access to the roof garden where you will find especially for you a full set of garden furniture and beach chairs to enjoy the sea view!

It is a spacious room with its kitchenette and its private bathroom, with a double comfy bed. A folding but comfort bed can be used in case of third person. It is located in the heart of Chania, on the edge of the old town, you can profit the nicest walks all over the town with no car need. 10' from the old harbor, 4' from the Municipal Market, 3' of Koum Kapi beach, in the heart of town nightlife. Not so convenient if you have a car, as it is difficult to park in town center.

Single room with living room, 45 sm sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, window with access to the balcony with table with chairs, wi-fi, kitchenette with two hotplates, separate mini oven, electric appliances, bedroom with double bed, dining room and bathroom with hydromassage column and hairdryer. It also has a solar water heater with a continuous hot water supply and a washing machine. There is no elevator.
