The 30m2 studio is equipped with a large fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, air conditioning , ceiling fan, TV , wifi and screens at all windows as well as at the front door. the bed is 1.80 x 2.00 m for a couple and can become two beds of 0.90 x 2.00 m if you want to sleep separately.
