Very nice accommodation in a great location. We love the kittens that saint on the balconies. Some may not like the fact that there are kitten food on the balconies (at least ours that was on the first floor) so it's a good idea to know. Strictly no smoking rule in the outdoor areas.

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. This home was built to live in! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Each room boasts sweeping views of the picturesque Aegean ocean! I would highly recommend this spot! Alex was extremely helpful and the local host, Nicos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The house is located in a peaceful, private bay right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning sea views, this is the perfect place. Aegli is an amazing host! She was very helpful with anything we needed about the house or recommendations for the island. The house was beautiful with an amazing view and plenty of space for everyone. We had to rent a car though because the beach is not very close. I would definitely recommend Aegli's lovely house!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!

Very nice, charming, functional and well-equipped accommodation.: perfect for 2! The view of the sea and the sunset are indeed beautiful and at this season we were not bothered by the traffic on the road that passes below. Communication was very good and Maria, as well as Dimitra who welcomed us, was very responsive and had good advice.
