Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

1+0 Apartment in Çeşme Center

Our Blue Flag TEKKE beach is a 1-minute walk away. Your 1+0 room, located on the garden floor of the villa where we live, has a separate entrance and is 40 square metres. Your room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Since we only rent out the room on the garden floor of the villa, there will be no other guests besides you, and you have exclusive use of the garden. There are restaurants, entertainment centres and the marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is a 15-minute drive away. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking.

Our villa, which belongs to the Aymesev Taş Yapı tourism company, is a 2-minute drive from Ayayorgi Bay. You can find information about our company online. It is 160 square metres with a 25 square metre pool. 4 rooms and 1 living room with a large garden. All rooms have bathrooms. Furnished with new and highly stylish items. Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, it enables you to prepare all the meals you make at home. All rooms have air conditioning units. The pool is detached. There is a BBQ. There is a kiosk and a grocery store right next to the villa.

A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
