Marcelo from the beginning was receptive, attentive, helpful. Organized house, impeccable in cleaning, with appropriate general items and as described in the listing of the property. It was a pleasant stay for my boyfriend and me. My boyfriend and I are spacious with luggage, so despite mentioning that it can up to 4 people, because we walked full of luggage the only place for two was great. For those who are not from the region, Marcelo knows how to guide and give a lot of information, it is a strategic stay area, as it is in the middle of the coast, in addition to it is in the area of the balnearium of caravels, quiet, familiar, but with medium and strong waves. Estadia Ótima. The apartment has a great location, in front of the beach, as we were looking, a pleasant environment, very well equipped, decorated with new furniture and utensils. We got me and my husband and the space met us super well. Neighborhood both of the condominium and the streets around super quiet and without noise, great for rest and even for home office work. The place is exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and organized and all the information was provided both at the entrance and the exit...The stay was excellent. I recommend the location. I will definitely return there when I go to matinhos!!!

We had good communication with Eric and proved to be very attentive, thoughtful and willing. We were well received, home extremely clean and organized, complete house mainly in matters of kitchen utensils, blankets and cleaning products. We are well installed and comfortable. wonderful space. all in very good taste. kitchen utensils for everything, we were in 06 served us with total comfort. sobrado offers bath and bed suits, which makes it much easier. the garment extension on the upper floor of the condominium made it very easy to be well ventilated and with perfect sun position. the beach is fascinating. clean and calm waters. a good space of sand. in the area of commerce are farther away in need of a car. very cute place with condominium monitoring, which gives comfort. we intend to return as soon as possible

The condominium offers 24-hour concierge, which provides a lot of security. There's also an elevator and cart for you to take your luggage to the kitnet. It has a game room with pool table and foosball. To go to the beach, just cross the street. I recommend the property to everyone.

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

The apartment is great. Wide, clean, facing the sea. The internet has left something to be desired, very unstable and practically does not work in the room. All in all, everything is very good
