There's a splitable superking bed and a small bunkroom with 4 single bunks (2 above 2), primarily for children. The Pavilion has its own private mini-spa pool. Guests have access to the shared heated outdoor swimming pool at Seabreeze next door (heated mid Sept - 30 April) and an all-weather tennis court.

A bright sunny semi detached studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

This is our family home, only on air BNB 2 weeks of the year. Located in Raumati Beach 5 minutes to the beach and local shops. If you're looking for a fantastic and comfortable space to have a holiday this place is ideal. An outside bar and pool with main bedroom opening out to a very private backyard. BBQ facilities included. We have Whisky the cat living on property as well, very sociable lad he wont bother anyone.

Matai Huka is a wedding venue and our tiny home is set on a private area of our 8 acre property with beautiful gardens and ponds where you can wander around at your leisure. We have a private spa pool available on request from 9.00am till 9.30pm.

Continental breakfast is included, plus a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.

Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds.
