The bed is a comfortable day bed ( king single) which coverts to a full King sized bed when two guests are welcomed. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets with guests please.

This is our family home, only on air BNB 2 weeks of the year. Located in Raumati Beach 5 minutes to the beach and local shops. If you're looking for a fantastic and comfortable space to have a holiday this place is ideal. An outside bar and pool with main bedroom opening out to a very private backyard. BBQ facilities included. We have Whisky the cat living on property as well, very sociable lad he wont bother anyone.

Newly built 'pool house' in sunny Silverstream. Self contained unit separate from the main house with access to a salt water swimming pool. Nice and close to the train station, the supermarket and Silverstream Village plus venues like "Silverstream retreat" and St Patricks College. Luxury linen, towels and bathroom products. Continental breakfast is included, plus a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.
