"Lovely quiet location at the southern end of Greytown. A ten minute walk or a two minute drive to the town centre where you will find lots of shops that will suprise and spoil you for choice. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from where a friendly face awaits. Only a two minute walk to get your daily exercise along the beautiful rail trail which will lead you to the local railway station walking along the old railway route. Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Observation Guest Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Our Guest Suite is attached to our Main House, has its own entrance and is totally independent of our Main Home. Jug, toaster, fridge and microwave available, but no kitchen, (due to this fact it’s probably suitable to only short stays!), We are however, very close to numerous takeout places and superb restaurants. We are a two minute drive to the Beach or fifteen minute walk.

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.

Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.
