In the Baronnies-Provencal Nature Park, at the gates of the Drome-Provencal and Luberon. We will welcome you in a quiet and relaxing setting, in the heart of nature, ideally located for a large number of activities: mountain biking, hiking, climbing (7 km from the cliffs of Orpierre), paragliding; 2 lakes 4 km away, the Gorges de la Méouge 7 km away...

Quiet location with many hiking trails and other sports activities (mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canyoning, caving, skiing...) Free access to private hot tub. Heated all year round to 37°. Wood stove with logs available. 10 min drive to the small family resort of Col de Marcieu. 40 minutes from 7 Laux.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Accessory products not provided (toilet paper, shower products, small grocery store)
