With a view of the mountain, the studio apartment "Casa Sonngart" in Parcines/Partschins is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 55 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a fan. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Design Loft "Chez Mone & Harry"

The chez mone & harry loft is nestled amidst orchards and vineyards at the edge of the historic village centre of Algund, near Merano, 5 min by car. You enter the third floor through a modern dependance, where product designer Harry Thaler and curator Simone Mair live with their three children. Harry took great pleasure in transforming a 50m2 attic into a warm, minimalistic dream loft in sustainable materials.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two new and stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Our apartment with balcony overlooks Vigiljoch, Naturnser Hochwart and Vinschgau. The apartment has a sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchenette, a living and dining area and a furnished balcony. In addition to a large lawn, you will find a large outdoor pool and an outdoor sauna in our garden. On the roof terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast or end the day with a book.
