The centre of Parga, the popular beaches of Valtos & Krioneri and the Venetian Castle are approximately 200m away. Dandolos House is positioned on the hillside, beneath the castle and offers panoramic views of Parga town, the island of Panagia and the harbour front.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
