80 m2 house with one floor 1.5 km from the village, 5 minutes from the A28, 15 minutes from Le Mans and the circuit. On the ground floor, large room with equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher), table and sofa (convertible). Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed. One with 2 beds of 80 with possibility of making a bed of 160. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The exterior is shared with our residential house. Our dog is free in the yard and loves to be petted.
