Enjoy ski-in ski-out to groomed trails, bike-in bike-out right onto trails, then cozy up by the woodstove or fire-pit at night.

Hidden Bay is aptly named as it is nestled in a water lily-filled bay with a beautiful west-facing island view. It feels private without being completely secluded. The cabin itself is small & manageable and the cathedral ceiling, open floor plan, & numerous windows give it a light, open feel. My family originally stayed at Hidden Bay as renters and we liked it so much we bought it & kept the name! Close to tourist areas such as Duluth, Bayfield, Ashland and more. This cabin is the perfect get away. The Brule river is only 8 miles away and can make for the perfect day trip in a kayak or canoe. This cabin comfortably fits 2-4 people! You can enjoy the outdoors at the fire pit or the 3 season porch that gives you the perfect indoor/outdoor feeling!

There are 7 restaurants within 13 miles, thousands of acres of water, millions of acres of woodlands, XC trails galore, 10 waterfalls in Iron Co, 7 ski hills within 90 minutes, or curl up in the newly remodeled cabin and unwind.

Oxbo Resort - Cabin 4

Newly remodeled cabin located at the Oxbo Resort. The Oxbo Bar & Grill is located just a short walk down the hill. The Oxbo Resort is located along the shores of the Flambeau River, in the heart of the Flambeau River State Forest, and is adjacent to Sawyer County snowmobile and ATV trail #36. State game lands are within a short walk and a cross country ski trail is less than 2 miles away. Check in after 3pm. Well behaved dogs allowed for a nominal per dog per visit charge.
