Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to escape to nature and serenity as you relax in front of the wood stove in our cozy cottage! under 3 minutes from Saugatuck Dunes State park, which leads to Lake Michigan (a 5 minute bike ride). 5 minutes from Downtown Saugatuck and all kinds of local shops, restaurants, and entertainment! 10-15 minutes from Holland for enjoying annual festivals such as Tulip Time or Girlfriends' weekend Downtown! On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. See my photo of the terrific playground right across the street. Downtown Holland is only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy clothing stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park. Bedroom #1 is a queen bed, #2 a full bed on bottom & twin on top. From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed.
