Monthly Rentals in Parkwood

Rafael's place is similar to a studio apartment/granny flat. The kitchennete was good. Bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space to avoid clutter. The granny flat had a separate entrance gate even when it is behind the main house. Fully fenced yard and deck at the back. Very good place to stay and not too far to drive to Surfers Paradise. Backyard was great to have for the dogs. We had to go home a day earlier due to the wild weather. He is a very responsive host.

Sarah was incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with. The space was just as listed—clean, cozy, and in a perfect spot. We really appreciated the little details and how seamless everything was from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!

I just absolutely loved Marilyn's place. I traveled solo, and this was perhaps the best solo Airbnb experience, although it would work for couples. I thoroughly thought that the home was adequately equipped with everything I needed, and it was a short uber away for all the key destinations I wanted to go as it was a very central location. I think what made staying at Marilyn's place was Marilyn herself. She is such a kind and endearing person, I booked a year in advance, and although my dates changed a bit. I decided to just stick with Marilyn just based on her great communication. She was always a short call away if I needed anything and would often say hi to her as I left. She is very personable, and I find that is more and more rare as AirBnB hosts commercialize properties.

Nice apartment in a very convenient location. All the essentials were provided and the room was comfortable.
