Hailey was very patient working with us when we had problems accessing information for the property. She was very responsive and there was very little wait time between asking our questions and her answering them right away. The unit is completely updated and is decorated in a cool and professional style. The town is clean, quaint, and you can literally throw a rock into the Erie canal from your front porch. If you love walking and fishing around the canal like we do, you will love it!

Jillian was the best host. I shared pictures with her and loved how she checked up on us to see if we needed anything. She stayed in touch and I really liked that it made me feel more welcomed into her house. My son made new friends there and it was get to see my daughter and her roommate for Easter weekend with her at Brockport College. We were close to her and that was amazing plus we got to know the area a little better as well. Thank you Jillian for our amazing time in Brockport and making my family feel right at home.

Amazing place truly, the hosts are so beyond sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely a place I will be returning to. Peaceful, safe, and gorgeous atmosphere.

Brian and Rhonda were great hosts - kind, helpful, and replied promptly to all of my questions. Their cozy little green farmhouse was indeed cozy. My family of four felt right at home. Their attention to detail, both in describing and in caring for their property, was very much appreciated. They have clearly put much thought into it! I WAS surprised by how spacious the kitchen/dining area was, as well as how small the living room was - but after a quick adjustment from my mental assumptions about the space, it all just felt perfect. We really appreciated the games and children's books that were in the den. And we all slept well on the comfortable beds upstairs. All in all, we had a wonderful long weekend getaway at Brian and Rhonda's, and hope to be back someday!
