This brand new villa is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. This is the perfect place to spend a nice holiday with your family and friends. We offer our guests free organic fruits and vegetables from our garden. We have a large playground for children on our property. If you are looking for a place where your children will play with peace of mind,and you will rest, then it is certainly Villa Elena. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city and everyday worries and problems. Birdwatching and clean nature is your surroundings.

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju, koji se nalazi na samom moru. Prvi red do mora pruža jedinstven osjećaj odmora i dodira s prirodom. Raskoš mirisa , zvukova i boja kakav samo jedan otok može imati . Kuća je nova , izgradnja 2024.g. Uređena u ugodnom stilu mediterana i bogato opremljena . Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

The apartment ''Kornat'' is designed to accommodate 2 to 3 people, total living space is 50 m2 + large and private terrace space of 21 m2. Large terrace with garden table and chairs will brighten up the afternoon spent in the shade and fresh air. At your disposal is a parking place. As for additional benefits, you can use our awesome grill house that has a fireplace. You will find our outdoor pool of 35 m2 particularly pleasant. The pool is equipped with excellent deck chairs and parasols.

Modern house with private yard and heated pool.

🏖 Our newly build villa ☆☆☆☆ with a heated pool is a perfect summer stay for anyone visiting the Zadar region. It is only 11km from Zadar city center and it offers comfort in a peaceful setting. The villa has two spacious double bed en-suite bedrooms, one small room, a cozy lounge, a modern kitchen, and a relaxing pool area with outside BBQ. Dog friendly. Communication with guests will be via Airbnb or mobile phone and I am only 10min drive away from the villa for any emergencies.

Our old family home was renovated with love and care few years ago. Place is very peaceful, especially out of season. Nature on islands Pašman and Ugljan is beautiful and worth exploring.
