The entire house is exclusively for you and your companions, 5 minutes from downtown. We offer excellent value for money with all essential amenities, including TV (YouTube only) and Wi-Fi (400MB). We do not provide bed linen, bath towels and toiletries. The garage accommodates a small car (for larger vehicles such as pickup trucks, there is on-street parking). Check-in is contactless. We do not allow animals. Parties are not allowed. We ask for silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Close to the entrance of the upper part of Itatiaia National Park (about 25 km). We have an internet connection.

Take in the special details of this very cozy place. Fully independent entrance. Access by car directly into the garage, with the convenience of an electronic gate. And, if you have a child, there is room in the bedroom for one more mattress. I don't accept pets. Nearby is a greengrocer, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, supermarket and lots of shops. Everything is very close. Banking institutions are a 5-minute drive.
