The entire house is exclusively for you and your companions, 5 minutes from downtown. We offer excellent value for money with all essential amenities, including TV (YouTube only) and Wi-Fi (400MB). We do not provide bed linen, bath towels and toiletries. The garage accommodates a small car (for larger vehicles such as pickup trucks, there is on-street parking). Check-in is contactless. We do not allow animals. Parties are not allowed. We ask for silence between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Colonial-style house, built in the late 1800s, restored, with the colonial period architecture preserved. Located on the Estrada Real, 40,000 meters of vegetation, it has a mineral water spring, perfect for those who like peace and quiet and being in contact with nature. Wonderful, bucolic place, takes us back in time.

Beautiful waterfalls, an incredible ride on the 1928 Serra Maria Fumaça train, made in England, as well as extraordinary mountains, typical restaurants with fantastic Minas Gerais food and stunning nature.
