Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 3* furnished apartment located in Menthon Saint Bernard. It is bright and is located on the top floor of our house with a separate entrance. The apartment will enchant you with its privacy and comfort. Not overlooked, the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Not suitable for children. In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.

Designed for 2 people, we tried to arrange a small cozy nest with as many amenities as possible (washing machine, dressing room) the 140 x 200 bed (semi-firm mattress) is ready upon arrival. Located on the hillside of Passy, facing south, we are 1 km from the highway exit! Starting point for ski resorts (on average 15 km away) or beautiful hikes all around, we are also 40 minutes from Annecy and Geneva
