Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people if necessary and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. Equipped with every comfort, it will welcome you during your stay.

Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse renovated in 2023. It's on top of a soft hill with great views. The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

Moscato House, Vineyard & Private Pool

Casa Moscato is a beautiful, finely renovated house located in the Langhe, near Neive and a few minutes' drive from Alba, surrounded by vineyards, ideal for families and friends to discover our magical territory. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-family villa, with direct access to the garden: it consists of a kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, service and living room with any other 4 beds. Possibility of parking in the garden. We host small pets. On good days you can eat in the garden. We will welcome you upon arrival and we will be, if you wish, in available to inform you and advise you on how much you can do and see in the area.
