Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Patras

We stayed for just over two weeks in this house. We found it a terrific space with all that we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the three main bedrooms spacious and light. He balcony areas are amazing. We swam in the sea out the front on a lovely day - a highlight our trip. Nikos was very responsive to any questions we had, and we felt very welcome. A great stay.

Nice house with taste. She had enough things for clients in the house. The owner was very helpful although we didn't have a chance to get to know each other, but as many times as we needed him was easy. The entrance is difficult for people with mobility issues and maybe for children quite young but the house inside is very nice.. It also has very large terraces. Generally it was a good stay and the location that was very close to the open university, which was the purpose of visiting the city. Finally it had nearby by vehicle bakeries, supermarkets, etc. Thank you so much for everything Mr. Andreas.

Words cannot explain how amazing Andrea and Anastasia were with their hospitality in this beautiful villa. I will be sure to come back to this home again and will surely recommend to all friends and family who come to Greece from near and far to stay at villa anastasia. The outside space was lush, peaceful, and healing to the soul. The inside was cozy with plenty of open room and an amazing aura that made you feel as if you were at your own home. Unbelievable hosts and an unbelievable home.

The loft was incredible like the host, kind and smiling and helped us with everything we needed. 10 minutes from the city center and close to transportation. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for the coffee!

very nice house just like in the photos with many amenities and very close to the center with easy parking...the hosts hospitable (we had red eggs and cookies to welcome us)..we had a great time at Easter and we will definitely go again ..

Great space, spotless, comfortable and warm, fully equipped with everything the guest might need. 5'by car from the center of Nafpaktos, near a beach. The host is thoughtful and considerate. We felt at home and can't wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is gorgeous and functionally set up!

We stayed at Villa Carlos to visit Patras and Kitesurf in Drepano. For our group of 8 people the Villa was a perfect fit for our vacation! Can only recommend the place!

The villa is so spacious, plenty of place to sleep, and relax. Full of nature, best scenery of the sea, mountain, town and hill. The room is clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the fruit freshly picked from the garden. It's highly recommended for family and large group of visitors...! This is the best stay we have ever had outside our country...!

Impressively clean house. and equipped with everything. the best for relaxation and rest. the pool in a very good size and depth. The only negative thing is that the beach bar next door was very strong on weekends and the very small 2nd room. I would definitely go back!

This place is magical, we met with our kids for a family reunion and we could not hope for a better place to have a quality time with lots of space in this charming and beautiful home. We stayed at Nora's place for a week in July 2024. Already in advance, we got a good description of how to get to the accommodation. Nora's welcome was very warm and she even prepared some groceries for us. The location is great if you have a car available. It's very quiet there and you only walk about 5 minutes to the sea. Very pleasant is the pool, which is completely at your disposal. It has air conditioning in every room, which is very pleasant in summer. Nora gave us a lot of helpful tips for excursions and restaurants nearby - thank you for that. The house is brand new and has all the amenities you could want. I highly recommend this place, especially if you like to be undisturbed and away from the hustle and bustle on vacation.
