The house is amazing, even more beautiful in person! A dream accommodation, comfortable bed, hot tub, sauna and waterfall in the BEAUTIFUL backyard! About the Host: Glenda is very requestable, friendly and attentive. The village gave us restaurant and delivery tips and always responded promptly. Those were great days 💌

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

The house is excellent, old with its slate floors and slabs, which in this case only contribute more to a cozy, cozy atmosphere. Very clean and decorated with good taste. Flawless bedding. I rarely stayed in such a clean and airy guest house! The villagers are gentle, discreet, excellent. Their service is worth every penny of the pgto aside, mandatory. They are available + or - between 8 and 17 hs and reach the beach in front of the house, guests are totally dependent on it for the river crossing with the rowing boat. Going on foot on this beach s/ the boat is very far away, and by car is very difficult to park and away from the sand, access is almost at the other end of the beach. We cannot say q is a "foot in the sand" house, which you go back and forth, and no one goes to a getaway like this to drive. Another important point is that the swimming pool is the size of a hydro, very small, without heating. Landscape compensates for detail, we love and super indicate hosting! obg

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the noise of the sea and walking on the waterfront was very good for me and my husband. We also took advantage of the pool on the day it was cloudy. Thank you for the stay and we plan to return for sure!

Joanita's home is more than charming, it's sensational! Just as it appears in the photos, the house is of extreme good taste, organized, clean and surrounded by green with many birds singing! Joanita and Barbara were very helpful and attentive, answering everything clearly and with agility. We hire the services of Elisangela that we recommend with eyes closed. Eli is a sweetheart, left everything organized and made delicious food! We'll be back for sure, thanks for the super holiday we had!

The stay at the Isabella site was amazing. Two suites with great spaces and wonderful views, including the sea view. The air conditioner is very cold, many kitchen utensils to make the lodging more cozy. The stairs to climb can harm those who have some restriction, which was no problem for us… The only caveat I would do is to put one more floor clothes for use in the two suites, as we were in two couples and it was difficult to dry the clothes. Kleyton was very helpful when we needed to extend the stay by one more day, as due to the bad weather, our tour was postponed and he promptly resolved this. We'll soon be back ♥️

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. The accommodation is perfect! Don't even look for another, you won't be disappointed. I don't think I've ever stayed in an Airbnb that was so clean, all working so well, beautiful house, large rooms, well decorated. The location of the house is great, next to the juquehy mall, close to everything to do on foot. Just keep in mind that this corner of the beach has been the fullest but if it is not a feriadão, it will not affect. There is tent service on the beach, condominium is safe, well cared for, good swimming, good air conditioning in every corner of the house, good outdoor space with the barbecue, very private.

Our period in the house was very good, both Myke and Geane approached us very well, were receptive and even woke up at 5 am to hand over the keys due to our traffic delay, in the end it went well, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return when I want to go to the north coast again!!!

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.
