Comfy queen bed + sofa bed, private bath, Apple TV. Great for long-term guests and weekend visitors. 40lb, friendly, hypoallergenic poodle mix lives on the first floor. Backyard, grill, laundry available but shared with house. Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
