Beautiful, large property situated on edge of the water with the most peaceful and serene views. The property was very spacious and came with all the amenities you need. Short walk to the main street with the shops, eateries and Raymond Island ferry. We will definitely return this home in the future .

We loved our stay at John’s place in Paynesville. The property is all you could want or need . It’s spacious , with a lovely view and it has all the ammenities. Fabulous shower , comfy couch , both appreciated after a long days fishing and exploring. John is a gracious host . He’s very communicative and happy to assist if needed . We have stayed in this lovely little shack several times now. It fits all of our needs, it is dog friendly and in an outstanding location. Both Catherine and Tim are happy to assist if required. This is a big, bright and new house, fully equipped, very elegant and clean. There is a platform outside the house facing the woods and the ocean to have breakfast or BBQ. Beautiful red rosellas often fly over to say hello. The location of the house is quiet and beautiful, forming a corner of its own, surrounded by nature, very cute. The entire Raymond Island is a quiet little paradise, with the sea and the woods, eucalyptus trees everywhere, and fragrance everywhere. Take a walk on the island and look up, you will see wild koalas on many trees. It's amazing! I stayed here for two nights and it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Although I didn't meet the owners Maureen and Colin face to face, I could feel that they were very friendly, easy to get along with and pleasant. We communicated by message and there was no problem at all. I would like to come back and stay here again. I love this house and Raymond Island. I love to see wild koalas living freely on this island.
