Bungalow located 7 blocks from the Uruguay River, 7 blocks from the thermal baths, 10 blocks from downtown and 2 blocks from the bus terminal. It features a bedroom with a double bed with air conditioning cold/heat, TV (c/Netflix, no cable TV) and ceiling fan. In the living room, two single beds and a floor fan. Also, an anafe, electric oven, electric heater, refrigerator and bathroom. It has a car and grill entrance. It is not heated.

Also for students who wish to come all year round to settle. Good Wi-Fi signal, the shower is small, but it is finely decorated and we strive to give good service and that everything is very clean.
