The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

Villa Toscana I - Great view and tranquility

The house offers a lot of comfort and privacy, which allows you to disconnect and enjoy excellent views and spectacular sunsets, being located in a unique point, without houses in front and with few neighboring houses (appearance that distinguishes it). With excellent sun exposure due to its north-facing orientation, it has a heated swimming pool, open from October to 3 May (28 to 30º) and a Nordic tub, which can be enjoyed throughout the year, as it has a wood-fired boiler to heat the water.

Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You'll have a privileged view from any room in the house. You will find animals, lizards, hares, chickens, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. A noisy countryside is not a countryside! Therefore, the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use. You'll have access to a closed Jacuzzi enabled from 8 am to 11 pm.
