Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Payson

Had such a fun and relaxing stay in Payson. Overall, the house was beautiful, clean, great location and I would totally stay again! :)

Aaron’s place was exactly what we needed - private, relaxed, comfortable and clean. The fireplace was great, the hot tub was nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The bed and linens were super comfortable! Thanks so much to Aaron for approving a very last minute getaway!

We loved staying at the lodge! Everything was tidy and clean, and the hosts including bean were great! We had some car issues and asked the hosts for help and even tho they were out we got an immediate response and a couple minutes later they were there to help us.

Fantastic views from the back deck. It's interesting how many homes in the area are oriented to face South towards the valley. The deck on Kelly's house faces east towards the Rim. You get to watch the hillside light up in the evening as the sun goes down. It's really incredible and a much better view than South. The neighborhood is VERY quiet. Great stargazing as well.

We have stayed here a couple of times now and it is one of our favorites. The views are awesome, the property is nice, it is definitely worth the price. The hosts are very responsive and the experience is great. Thank you Jon and Laura! We will be back soon!

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

This home is amazing. It's super well-equipped. I can tell you we brought more things than needed. They have everything you can possibly need to cook or grill outside. They were very responsive as well. The surroundings are beautiful. I would 100% stay here again. Note 1: if you're thinking about staying here, consider it's a house made of wood, so you'll be able to hear the steps of others on different floors. That didn't bother us at all but it might be a deal breaker for someone with a light sleep. Note 2: they have a no noise and no lights (outside) rule at 10 pm. So if you want to stay out late playing music, that will not be possible.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable, well kept, large apartment. It is on a main street but it’s on the second floor and really the street never got too busy. There are a lot of steps to get to the front door. The view from the back porch is great. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, large master bathroom. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, foodstuffs, lots of counter space. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable and clean place with extra blankets and very comfortable bed. We love the sound of the creek outside. And the sense of privacy was very appealing. Great stay!

As always, I was welcomed, asked if I needed anything, told to "just ask" if I discover I need help, great location. It feels very secluded yet so close to everything in town. The place is decorated in the style of the southwest but not over the top and not over-crowded with knickknacks like other places I've stayed. It's got everything you need for a quiet, peaceful getaway.
