There is ample parking, all the necessary amenities, and an exotic animal sanctuary on the property. Tour of the sanctuary included with booking or guests are free to explore the property. No children , no pets (we will be happy to tour guest friends and family upon request). 2 guest maximum.

There is also an outdoor wooden shower with a washbasin, a hanging tree swing, a gas grill and a fire pit. You can drive to Nokomis public beach in just 5 minutes.

Centrally located between both coasts, Legoland, Disney, Universal, and Westgate River Ranch.
