Monthly Rentals in Pearl District, Portland

This beautiful condo is even better than the photos! Spacious, excellent location (close to public transportation, grocery store and restaurants), beautiful views and very well equipped. Renee was extremely responsive (she was real quick to help when I accidentally locked myself out! ) and provided me with lots of information which made for an easy settling in. The building is beautiful and very secure. Don’t miss stopping into the Ovation Coffee Shop downstairs… very friendly staff and excellent place to people watch while planning the adventures for the day. I stayed for the month and hope to return next summer. Thank you so much Renee and Josh for making this lovely space available and the warm welcome you gave me…

Stayed at this airbnb for a few months. Zero problems, all smiles! It’s located on the top floor courtyard side which equals quiet and peaceful. I will stay again if available when I come back to Portland! :) Location really is the best in PDX. And if you like fitness it’s right next to Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Gyrotonics. Lagree is close by too! Multiple gyms and one of the best indoor rock climbing gyms in the nation is in this district. Street car/city train right next to the building, go anywhere! Comes with an assigned parking spot in the parking garage too!

Great location and view! Easy access to shopping, food and activities.

This studio was lovely. Had a great stay. Would totally stay here again.
